Bil Lepp, a young teller from Half Dollar, West Virginia, has the stage presence of a stand-up comedian. He tells hilarious monologues about growing up and getting into trouble with his best friend. At the start, Lepp's stories begin appearing to be biographical, but as he continues, the stories becoming more and more outrageous, until they're hysterically unbelievable.
