Volunteer
Volunteers are the heart of Storytelling Arts of Indiana. From our board members to those who bake cookies for Storytellers Theater, every volunteer is a wonderful asset to our organization. Volunteer opportunities range from taking tickets at the theater door, to telling stories once a month at Riley Hospital for Children, to helping us in the office or serving on our committees.
We are also seeking individuals who are willing to blog or write about our events on Facebook, Smaller Indiana and any other social networking mediums available to you.
If you are interested in volunteering in any way for Storytelling Arts of Indiana, we'd love to hear from you. Please contact Ellen H. Munds, our executive director, at Ellen@storytellingarts.org or 317-576-9848.

Volunteers Needed for the Storytelling Program at Riley Children's Hospital
Each week volunteers tell stories at the bedside of the patients at Riley Children's Hospital. Volunteers tell in teams. To participate in this program, you must complete the health screening, background check and volunteer training program at Riley Children's Hospital along with the storytelling training presented by Storytelling Arts of Indiana. Once you have completed all requirements, you are asked to tell once a month from 6 - 8 p.m. on a Wednesday.
If we recruit several new volunteers, we will host a storytelling workshop for the new recruits in the spring of 2012. If you are interested, please contact Ellen Munds Ellen@storytellingarts.org or 317-576-9848. Thanks!
